General & Family Physician 's  Response
You have provided incomplete history. Five years back you have undergone bilateral salpingectomy.
What was the indication??
Are you talking about bilateral tube ligation??
Advice
1.     Tramadol 50 every 8 hours per oral for pain
2.     Immediately consult a gynecologist for per vaginal examination, diagnosis and treatment
3.     Drink 4 – 5 liters of water daily
4.     Do not insert your contaminated finger inside. It will cause spread of infection
5.     Investigation
a.     USG abdomen & pelvis
b.     R/E of urine
c.     C/S of urine
d.     CBC
e.     Hb%
f.     ESR
Thanks
