General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that there might be having some infection and while removing there might be having precipitating infection leading to pain in teeth site and radiating pain in ears.
If I was your treating doctor I might have removed the teeth under antibiotic medicine cover so that there might not have infection or it prevents further infection.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course along with NSAID medicine like Ibuprofen.
This will give relief from pain and inflammation as well.
I think this information will be useful while discussing your case with your treating dentist.
Ok and take care.
