What Causes Severe Pain In Sacroiliac Joint?

I have pain in my sacrailiac joint on the left side. I have herniated disc s L3 L4 L4 L5 but they have responded to the 3rd steroid injection. the joint sacrailiac joint has gotten so the bending over is very painful. the surgeons who looked at the herniations and are keeping a close watch on them said they do not know what to do for the joint problem. Do you have any solutions? ty Jonathan

well.... pls go for ESR x ray sacro iliac joint and HLA B27 essay... don't use medication unless it was diagnosed
