What Causes Severe Pain In Right Arm Radiating Towards Left Arm?

I am experiencing muscle pain in my upper arms. When I try to lift my arm out in front of me it is extremely painful. It is worse in my right arm but now it feels like it is moving to my left arm. At first I thought it was medication I was on but I have discontinued using most all meds & it has given no relief.

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be due to any medicine but it seems to be muscular condition and it can be given try with Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen three times in day else no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
