Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe pain in lower back, Well the symptoms you mention in query occur due to many factors like injury, arthritis, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, stress , anxiety and sustained one posture for long time like working on computer. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to do stretching exercises of back and start physical therapy of back and lower region. Also take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . Try to avoid stress and anxiety like situation and relax yourself. If condition doesn't get better the consult orthopedic surgeon again for CT scan and MRI to find out exact cause. Drink warm glass of milk with one spoon turmeric powder in it daily , which is very effective .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
