hi. noted history of breast tenderness. do you have any history of trauma/injury on the affected area? how old are you? it is best if you consult with a doctor for physical examination and clinical evaluation. breast pathologies, muscular strain and pleuritic pain must be ruled-out. in further investigating your breast tenderness, breast ultrasound and/or mammography is recommended. other diagnostics (such as chest xray) and management (medical and/or surgical if indications are found will be directed accordingly). analgesics may temporarily alleviate the pain. hope this helps. good day!! ~dr.kaye
