Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

The pain you are feeling on the bottom of your food near the heal might be due to :
- local trauma (especially if you have worn bad-supporting shoes)
- arthritis

Spurs can appear even to the left heel as it was in your right heel. X-ray of the heel is advised to rule it out.

I advise to:
- take oral pain-killers
- apply local analgesics

Hope it was of help!
