What Causes Severe Pain In Head Along With Swelling In Eye Post Head Injury?

Young woman in wave boarding accident in Cambodia. Head injury. CT scan is normal. Severe pain in head and eye is swollen. Pain at a level 9. Cambodia care is possibly sub-standard and no answers from the doctors there, so we are trying to research what might be causing the pain.
