I almost fell at work today but manage to catch myself but must have pulled a muscle or something in my foot because a couple hours later the left side of my foot started hurting when I walked and the little bone there was sore to the touch but no swelling. Its getting worse since I got off it at home. I put ice on it but now it hurts to stand and put pressure on that side of the foot. I can walk on my heal but the more I stay off it and then try to walk it really hurts and feels like it is swollen but it is just puffy. I probably will see the dr. from our work tomorrow since it happened there, just wondering what I might have done t it. I was paying more attention to not falling down. I may have pulled the muscle or tendon.

As you have sever pain in food after fall , it may be damage to tendon , damage to muscle or bone damage . It is also due to damage to tissue. I suggest to take rest for few days. Do not take more weight that pressure on foot. Rest your foot. Use hot water on foot for relief. Do not rub anything on it. Take Tab Dan P for pain . Take proper diet with sufficient healthy food. Take sufficient fruit or food that contain good amount of nutrition and vitamin. Take X ray of your foot to rule out any damage to joint or bone. If this symptom persist than consult a good orthopaedic surgeon for this.
