Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
hi,

thank-you for providing the brief history.

As per the history it appears to me as a rheumatoid arthritis and needs a thorough clinical examination and some laboratory tests.

Post which anti inflammatory drug therapy will be initiated. You can even take an help of the physical therapist who can help improve the muscle strength and improve the joint range of motion.
