What Causes Severe Pain In Buttocks And Thigh After Injury?

I slipped from the steps n sat on a concreated steps and hurt my buttock. About half an hour to quarter of an hour after the fall, I felt the pain on my buttock and I felt very weak on both of my legs especially at my thigh. I used hot water bottle and rub with anti flame cream. I experienced bruises at my both buttock, thigh but more painful at my right side. This happened a month ago. After rubbing, the bruises has gone. Recently I felt the weakness of my right hand side of my thigh. My right hand side buttock has slight pain too as the pain doesn t go away totally. Is there anything I should be worried ? When I squart up and down I can feel the pain of my thigh especially the right hand side.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, present pain history may not be due to the past history of fall, it is advisable to get done the MRI study to know the underlying cause else condition can be managed with analgesic medicines, hope this information may helps, take care and have a nice day.
