What Causes Severe Pain In Anus During Bowel Movement?
hi..gud evening,I hav a problem at my anal region,I hav severe pain during the passage of my stools at my internal and external anal region and it bleeds..even I consulted the doctor and taking the medicines but the pain is still the same..Its already 5 months I m suffering with this pain..I hav free and smooth stools but during the passage i hav the pain..because of the blood loss i became anemic and even my skin turned dry and pale n even m losing my weight...how to control the pain and the bleeding...
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, if the condition or the symptoms not being ruled for the anal fissure or the hemorrhoid then better to rule this out and if is the cause then it has to be treated surgically, surgery is the best option for anal fissure and hemorrhoid, it can be tried with medical treatment but it may not cure the disease, if it is not the anal fissure or the hemorrhoid then it could be inflammatory disease of GI track and it demands the investigation, over all underlying cause of the symptoms are matter of concern and it has to be treated. hope this information helps.
