What Causes Severe Pain In Abdomen And Back?

I slipped and fell on ice last night hit head first slipped backwArds onto my back and I have a previous gunshot injury to the abdominal area I am hurting so bad around the muscles. And scar my back also hurts very badly should I go to the hospital I feel like I have been shot allover again please tell me what to do

You should go to the hospital and get your head scanned for brain bleed. Do not ignore this Maori your abdomen needs to be scanned for any trauma.
