Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been having a heavy pain between my breasts. I am just getting over a flu I had for about 4 weeks with a continueous cough - the cough has lessened and I am feeling better... but find as I try to get back to exercising I get an angina and am out of breath faster than normal. I did get chest x-rays and it shows I had some hyper extension in my lungs and showed slight asma changes.
The cause of this pain may be inflammation in the ribs or muscles of the chest especially you had a flu,,so,take antiinflammatory and analgesic for a while,,and keep on your exercise as usual...
