What Causes Severe Pain Behind The Shoulder?

I have a sharp pain about 4 inches below my shoulder on my left back side, it radiates thru to the front right above my breast, it hurts all the time. if i push on it in the front it hurts all the way thru to my back. if i turn wrong it is a pierceing pain. started yesterday. g

it can be cervical spondilosis. use hard bed take neck color. avoid pillow at bed time. apply analgesic ointment like dynepar.because of spinal involvment it it is radiating through nerve route.take tab combiflam twice daily after food
