What Causes Severe Pain Behind Knees On Stretching?

I have a lot pain in the back of my knees, I feel like something is pulling and I ca walk too much, because is a lot pain. When I stretch my legs is a lot pain. I went to the orthopaedic and I have the mri but the kness and the bones are ok. the doctor said I need check with cardiovascular specialist.

I really appreciate your concern, such knee pain could be due to arthritis changes which may not be detected in imaging study, now stop bending the knee joint beyond 90 degree, for the pain you can try "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day" no need to see the cardiovascular specialist hope this information helps. take care.
