What Causes Severe Pain And Tenderness In The Breast?
Hello, I ve heard that breast pain is not a symptom for breast cancer. An area on my left breast is very sensitive to the touch. There is no discernible lump. But when I apply even the slightest bit of pressure I feel a dull pain that radiates throughout the entire breast. Could this be cause for concern?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have abdominal pain with acid reflux . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like fibromyalgia , breast cancer , muscle spasm or cardiac problem like angina . It can also occur due to injury or infection . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for proper diagnosis first to rule out more serious condition . Doctor may order tests like ECG , TMT , complete blood profile along with check vitals . Doctor may prescribe isosorbid nitrate m aspirin , betablockers , frusamide and sedatives . Doctor may refer you to general surgeon if there is no heart problem and doctor may order mammogram and check tenderness and consistency at the site of pain . For now apply warm compresses , stay calm and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .
