General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Symptoms suggests that there might be having acute PID giving severe pain and aggravating sciatica pain.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
After examination and investigations plan of surgical, medical or physiotherapy can be made.
Meanwhile take complete rest.
Take Calcium, vitamin D and B12 supplements.
Take NSAID medicine for pain.
Ok and take care.
