What Causes Severe Pain And Cracking Sensation Under The Breast?
Yesterday i was lying prone on beach chair..i attempted to lift my upper body off chair without bending..suddenly felt sharp intense pain and cracking sensation left rib cage under breast area ...intense pain subsided...now tender to touch ...painful to twist ot lift lt arm...some visible differences between left and right..some swelling or protrusion left side...what do you think would cause this and should it resolve on its own?

I really appreciate your concern, the possible cause of such pain could be due to the muscular spasm and it can be given best try with Tab Chlorzoxazone try to take care for best posture and position at the time of sleeping and sitting else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
