What Causes Severe Nausea, Diarrhea And Body Pain?

Hello, I m currently experiencing abdominal pain in the left mid section of my abdomin and I m also experiencing a lot of pain all over my body and have several unexplained bruises all over my body and having severe weakness nausea and diharea. I have a history of pancreatitis from drinking alcohal also and have been hospitalized more than 20 times for it. I have sinse stopped drinking and it has been about 2 years since my last drink. I have a feeling that my liver may be in jeopardy

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having symptoms of severe nausea, diarrhea and body pain . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like gastroenteritis , food poisoning , irritable bowel syndrome , lactose intolerance or intestinal ileus. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order stool test , ultrasound , endoscopy along with that take history . Doctor may prescribe laxative , anti emetic drug , ornidazole or albendazole along with ranitidine. You should eat light and non spicy , avoid food like sea food and nuts , take antacid after every meal and keep your head elevated while lying down. Drink green tea twice a day , take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and take probiotics food like yogurt.
