What Causes Severe Mood Swings?

I have noticed in the pass week half my moods has gotten wores one seconed i can be fine then the next it can be anything or anyone . then at times i feel i had enough and i start to cry and giving up so easy . I feel when my B/f is around i want to push him away and when something gos wrong its like a switch
