Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms could be related to migraine attacks or high blood pressure.

You should know that there are different triggering factors for migraine, especially specific food types. The coffee you drink, may have a substance or a smell that triggers migraine headaches. I would recommend avoiding this type of coffee.

From the other hand, a close monitoring of your blood pressure would be helpful to exclude possible high blood pressure, which can mimic migraine headaches.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards,
Dr. Aida
