What Causes Severe Lower Stomach Cramps And Pain In The Butt?

Lower stomach cramping. its triggering a pain in my butt to. I m currently on implanon bit have never had an issue like this. haven t had a period since january. Which isn t unusual because of the birth control. dont want to go to doctor quite yet. It s not quite a constant feeling more like excruciating pqin every ten to fifteen minutes. Not sure what it could be.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a gynecologist and plan for an ultrasound scan.
