i am frome bokaro.my wife is suffering from acute pain inlower back areasfor 8-9months.i hadconsulted with physician,orthopedic&neuro doctors but could not get relief.now iam in hesitation that to whom i consult for the same either orthopedic or neuro doctors or even others

I had gone through the case and found that you did not mention the reports if any investigation has done.
If there is no investigation then go for CT or MRI of lower back and ultrasonography of lower abdomen.
It might be any vertebral deviation or renal stone or any bladder infection.
So after diagnosis go for further treatment.
