What Causes Severe Lower Abdominal Pains With Dark Bowels?

I get really bad stomach pains, originally I thought it was a form of lactose intolerance but has now also been happening with other foods. It's hard because I don't know what to eat without it hurting, it's not a heart burn or ulcer pain, its my lower abdomen and is so painful I can barely move. My bowel movements are more frequent, dark, and floats

Hello,

You may be suffering from acute gastritis or irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problems or upper gastrointestinal bleed etcetera.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Avoid dairy products and gluten-containing food. Use tablet Normaxin twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
