What Causes Severe Lower Abdominal Pain And Dizziness When Diagnosed With Bicornuate Uterus?

Aoa. I am 25 years old. Now i am 7 week pregnant and had 4 ultrasounds. Now finally i got to know that i had bicornuate uterus with fetus on left side. I had severe pain in lower abdomen and pain with intervals from very first day after passing my period date. Feeling dizziness all time. Weakness. So what kind of precautionary measures i need to take during whole gestation period. And dr told me that i may have pre labour pain. So i am scared. Kindly guide me.
