What Causes Severe Leg Cramps While Suffering From Fibromyalgia And Arthritis?

I am 56 years old, have fibromyalgia, degnenerative disc disease, arthritis and a sleep disorder. I have diabetes and have poor circulation in my legs. I have severe, nightly leg cramps (which I have tried to address with calcium/magnesium supplements, tonic water, etc) and daily leg pain. I get charly horses in my left, inner thigh on a nightly basis and I also experience in the same area a periodic sensation of warm water being poured on my thigh. Have I developed blood flow problems, ie PAD? I have no current doctor and am concerned about blockages.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here you need to be patience for every symptoms that you have, because you must be having some functional disorders, try to control your thought, stay away from anxiety and stress, try some relaxation therapy, I actually suggest "Amitriptyline" in such case once in day at bed time but more important is low down the stress, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
