I was shoveling a lot of snow yesterday. Late this morning, my right foot just below my two smallest toes started to hurt enough that I m starting to limp and am in some pain (2 out 10 scale). There s no evidence of a black and blue mark, etc... I m 61 and in good shape. (178 lbs on a 5-11 frame, so a little overweight but I regularly exercise) I haven t taken medicines ever, except for antibiotics when called for. Normal blood pressure, normal everything, from my last health scan a few months ago. A non-medical friend said I may have bone spurs. I d prefer to think I just have an aching joint or something simple before thinking there s anything complicated. Any ideas?
