What Causes Severe Itchy Rash On The Thighs?
If have a rash on the inside of both of my thighs. I do wear clean undergarments at night also. The itchiness of it seems to come and go, but the discoloration is most often there. It reminds me of people with rosacea on there cheeks. I am 67 years old and am not sexually active. I notice it seems to get worse if I eat any type of fish.

I have gone through your complaints and it could be either fungal infection or intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds.
I would recommend you to apply topical antifungal like Clotrimazole cream on the affected areas and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetirizine.
