Hello, I ve consulted with my physician on numerous occasions about my skin being sensitivity and painful to scratching. If i also lightly hit something it sends a throbbing sensation through my body. Also my left pinky throbs like crazy to the point of tears when i accidentally tap it wrong on any surface. This has been going on for about 2 years now. and he hasn t referred me anywhere, he s only taken blood work and said everything looks ok

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction. I suggest you use Cortisone cream and oral antihistamines daily. If the symptoms continue I suggest you use corticosteroids daily.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
