I been suffering fron itching on my private parts for so long, also fron headache, weaknesses, and lately I have impotence. No erection, and pain . I have visited many doctors and they have tell me that I have yeast infection, this is not recently is been for many years, I need help. I m very depress

I am sorry for the situation you are in.
1. Having severe itching on private parts is sign of yeast infection. I usually advise my patients with the same problems as you to run skin scrapping examination to determine the type of yeast infection.
2. The treatment in such cases is prolonged and usually advised:
- local treatment with anti-fungal lotion (terbinafin)
- oral anti-fungal pills (terbinafin or fluconazole)
Usually treatment will last from 3 to 6 months
