Ive had itching on my arms and legs for about 3 weeks (it started as a rash but now the rash is gone) I scratch til I bleed, now it is starting on my back. I ve tried nystatin cream, regular lotion, triamcinolone, elidel, ammonium lactate, & foot spray, I can get temporary relief (usually a few hours) then it start scratching again.

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might be suffering from scabies.
It will be better to take an application of permethrin.
Also take an anti histamine tablet.
This will control the itch.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
And get the medication prescribed.
Let me know if you have any other doubt.
