Hi ,
Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here
Symptoms you mentioned are highly suggestive of Vulvovaginitis (swelling or infection of the
vulva) which is most commonly caused by Yeast fungus , bacteria, viruses, or parasites , soaps, vaginal birth control, feminine sprays, & perfumes and Lack of cleanliness
You should Keep your genital area clean and dry ,Avoid soap Just rinse with water to clean yourself , Soak in a lukewarm water ,Avoid using hygiene sprays, fragrances, or powders in the genital area , Use pads instead of tampons while you have an infection.
Wear loose-fitting clothes and cotton underwear (instead of synthetic fabrics) ,Don't wear underwear at night when you sleep
Along with these you can use over the counter anti bacterial and anti fungal cream
if your symptoms do not improve within 3-5 days than i would strongly suggest you to see a Gynecologist to rule out any underlying medical condition because there are many less common conditions which may also cause it Including an
STD ,
Contact Dermatitis ,
eczema etc So it needs thorough medical check up and investigations to spot a confirm diagnosis
I hope it help
Thanks & Get well Soon
