What Causes Severe Insomnia And Abnormal Heart Beats?

Hi I have been experiencing severe insomnia-last night only 3 hours of sleep When I lay down I feel abnormal heart beats that cause me to take deep breaths- I tried to go to urgent care today but they were closed- I do plan on going tomorrow Should I take any ADVIL OR aspirin tonight

If you already have heart problems,so yes you can take aspirin,,if not ,then don't be scared,it may be a temporary thing and will go away and wait till a doctor see you
