Morning, My name is Ada I am 26 years old, I am 5ft6 tall and weigh 56kg. For the past two weeks, I noticed that I feel very hungry in the morning. when I have such, I actually eat. I also have lunch too but dinner is light. I recently adopted the - no-eating-after-7pm-exercise. I need help with this hunger pangs I have in the mornings.
Hi , thank you for using health care magic. I can understand your concern. IS this symptoms started after your 'no eating after 7 pm exercise'? Blood glucose sensed by brain is responsible for hunger or satiety. Exercise reduce glucose store in body. Light dinner is always needed, with out it blood glucose level will be maintained at lower limit of normal level in healthy individual. Brain usally get this single and hunger center become activated and become responsible for hunger pangs in morning. Few extra carbohydrate (glucose ) in light dinner would be needed to reduce hunger pang in morning.
