What Causes Severe Headaches?

I am 27 y o female, weigh 195 lbs. I have been getting really bad headaches. I have tried pain pills, allergy meds, ibprofen shots etc. nothing has helped. My head hurts on the sides, yesterday it was on the right side, it tingles and feels cold or numb. I have nausea, shaking and feel weak. It feels like the whole side of my head is swelling. Please help. My doctor cant fix it.

These symptoms indicate primary headaches like migriane. The treatment of the condition is by use of anti migraine drugs.
The use of prophylactic drugs like flunarizine can provide relief from constant headaches.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
