What Causes Severe Headaches?
I have almost daily intense headaches/migraines that last for hours and hours - used to be that excedrin migraine would help but nothing over the counter works anymore- they are always in the same exact spot- over the left eye - it is making my job as a music teacher and my social life very difficult- what is the cause of these abs how do I treat them?

The symptoms are consistent with common causes like migraine or tension headache, as a first line management you can try analgesics like aceclofenac or tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.
