What Causes Severe Headaches With Sweating?

I have been feeling bad and have had a significant change in my taste buds. Also I have been having headache when I wake up in morning and noticed that my heart is a bit racy at times....also have sweats really bad at times....mostly at night.....also feel like there is a burning like feeling under the skin in my face and arms can you tell me what this might be?

It seems that what you are describing is a panic attack. A panic attack happens when someone is excessively anxious and then develops symptoms to it. Symptoms can be heart palpitations, sweating and even headaches. Since it happens to you at night, it is likely that you have them after nightmares.

Here are a few things that you can try:
Sleep well and for 8 hours at night
Try to eat 2 to 3 hours before bed time
Avoid late night movies
Avoid too much coffee
Use relaxation techniques like meditation or exercise to help you.
You can also take Paracetamol 500 for the headache

Follow up after 1 week
