What Causes Severe Headaches While Suffering From Dehydration?
I recently went to the doctors and was diagnosed with dehydration. I am now having major headaches and when I get up from sitting or laying there is a pounding sensation as if I ve been hit on the side of my head, as well as my body gets shakey and I feel weak. So my question is why? Is it from dehydration?.

Hi, please test your serum electrolytes. Loss of salts like sodium and potassium following dehydration can lead to this--regards
