I was stepping up into a storage building a crate was set up as a step, the crate tilted and I went backwards landing on my butt, then my head hit the ground and bounced and hit again. Did not black out, but saw stars. Immediate headache, That was on Wed, I took some Motrin immediately to help with headache. Today, I seem to have a pulling(don t know how to describe it around my left eye, head hurts on left side more than right.
