Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe headaches along with nausea and tinnitus . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query such as age-related hearing loss, ear injury, temporomandibular dysfunction or a circulatory system disorder. Stress and anxiety can also cause tinnitus and headaches. Sudden acceleration or deceleration of the head, resulting from certain events such as a car crash or being violently shaken can cause brain injury. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination and to find out exact cause. Doctor may order certain tests like audiological test , rushing test, high and low pitched test. Doctor may prescribe tricyclic antidepressants , alprazolam and masking devices . Doctor may also refer you to neurologist.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
