What Causes Severe Headaches Along With Dizziness During Pregnancy?

I m 14 weeks pregnant and haven t had bad ms in a few weeks. Ive had a severe headache for 12 days now that has brought on side affects such as, tingling in my right leg, dizziness, blurred vision, and yesterday I threw up a little bit of blood almost in a clot form but not fully a clot. Today it has gotten worst but its not coffee grounds looking just chunky and thick. What should I do?
