What Causes Severe Headache?

HI DOCTOR!!!! SINCE LAST 3 DAYS IAM SUFFERING FROM SEVERE HEADACHE. SYMPTOMS GOES LIKE THIS : PAIN BELOW EYEBROW,RIGHT SIDE OF THE HEAD IS PAINING, PAIN IN THE HEAD DURING COUGH AND SNEEZE. PAINS WHEN BENDING THE HEAD. PLEASE HELP ME OUT OF THIS PROBLEM

Your symptoms are suggestive or a sinus infection. For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your doctor for a physical exam, a sinus X ray study and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate for inflammation).
An antibiotic coupled with nasal drops may be needed.
