Hello,

It seems like this is the worst headache in your life. It suggests subarachnoid illness due to a leaking aneurysm.

It would be helpful having a face to face consult with your doctor and have at least a CT scan and look for subarachnoid blood.

This would rule in or rule out any worrisome pathology. For now, what you can only take is Ibuprofen every 8 hours to alleviate the pain. This should help you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
