What Causes Severe Headache With Sweating?

hi im mike 28, i have severe headaches mainly on the left side but in the past its been all over. i seem to be very tired even after a good nights sleep. i also have a cough that lasted over a month, im also sweating a lot with very little activity... im on zoloft and trazadone for 2 1/2 months

Hi,
Thanks for using HealthCareMagic.

From your history , your one sided headache likely due to migraine or sinusitis.
You can go for X-ray PNS(Paranasal Sinus View) to check for sinusitis.
If it is there 5 days course of antibiotic like levofloxacin will help with anti allergic like levocetrizine.

If x-ray is normal it may be migraine.For that primary prophylaxis like propranolol,flunarizine or amitryptiline will be helpful.This medicine should be taken daily to prevent headache.Secondary prophylaxis like triptans or NSAIDs medicines which can be taken as soon as you start feeling headache.

You should also undergo for thyroid testing, hemoglobin level and vitamin B12 level.Deficiency of all of these can cause easy fatigue and sweating.

You did not mention why are you taking trazodone and zoloft, otherwise I can help more.
