What Causes Severe Headache Upon Coughing?

I have been have sharp piercing headpains only when I cough or sneeze. The pain goes away right after. ALso I have been having dizzy spells which I have self diagnosed as vertigo. It comes and goes I have only had like 3 of these. One was so bad I got motion sick and actually threw up several times. And for the past 2 weeks I have noticed I am way more forgetful (short and long term)

Please do ct scan of brain and ct scan of PNS.It might be due to lesion in brain and should not be ignored.
