Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe headache, runny nose, cough and upper teeth pain which is due to sinus infection which is travelling through facial spaces and leading to your symptoms. It could be due to tooth infection in upper quadrant as well.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to avoid use of spicy, sharp oily and fried food substances. You should avoid cold carbonated beverages. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get paranasal sinus x-ray done so as to detect level of infection and treatment can be started accordingly. You should take combination of antibiotic Amoxicillin along with antihistamine such as Levocetirizine. You should do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day. Apply mist humidifiers in room. You should take throat soothing agents.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
