What Causes Severe Headache Followed By Vomiting And Body Chills?

Hi, I drank a diet mountain dew, yesterday and the lastonishing like fourth of the bottle had a Different taste to it and within an hour I had a severe headache and was vomiting, I m still stick and also have stomach cramps and the chills and my whole body is weak. Could I have food poisoning?

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, yes this can be food poisoning. However, it is very very rare to get it from aerated drinks. Chills, stomach cramps, headache, vomiting are all symptoms of food poisoning. You must check the expiry date on the cans you buy next time. For now, you can take antibiotics like ciprofloxacin and tinidazole if your fever or chills don't subside. You will need prescription for these. Take very light meals, or soups. Avoid coffee, tea and smoking. Buttermilk will help. Don't worry if you get diarrhea. You might take 3-4 days to completely recover.
