What causes severe headache along with vomiting?

I have a headache, no fever, explosive vomiting if I try to drink even water. I feel better for awhile after emptying my stomach, though headache continues. Onset, this morning. Seems flu-like but I got the flu shot, as I do every year, so I m wondering. Thought about food poisoning but my husband has eaten the same things as me today and isn t sick.
