What Causes Severe Headache After Using Tonact 10 Mg?

I have started 10 mg Tonact (Atorvastatin) and Fesovit capsules which are susutained release capsules of Ferrous sulphate with Vitmin B complex, the latter 3 times a day. I am experiencing headaches and feeling sort of heavy in the head for which I took a headace tablet. I do not know what the problem is

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Headaches are common side effects caused by atorvastatin. Also it can cause constipation/diarrhoea, cold-like symptoms or muscle aches but as your body adjusts to the Tonact these side effects may go away.

However if your symptoms will become troublesome (especially muscle aches) you should make an appointment with your doctor so that he or she may change you treatment.
